CANCELLATION + LATE POLICY

While we are aware that unavoidable circumstances do happen, we ask that you give your stylist a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.

Please be mindful that stylists can only fill an open spot in their schedule with ample notice from clients who cancel.

For this reason, w credit card is now required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. To avoid being charged, please honor our 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

“No Show” appointments or being more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will also result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

CHILDREN POLICY

Due to safety concerns and our busy salon floor, we do not offer haircuts to anyone under the age of 12.

We kindly ask that you make other arrangements for your small children/babies during your appointment. Our stylists are often on a tight schedule and need your full attention while you are in our chair. We do not provide facilities for children during your appointment.

While half of our staff are mothers, as well, we love hearing all about your babies and watching them grow! But we have no way to ensure their safety while unsupervised in the salon.

This policy is not only to create a relaxing experience for you and our guests, it’s, most importantly, to ensure your child’s safety.

REFUNDS

BoHa Studio is not responsible for refunds. While our hair artists work as a team, they are all independent stylists.

Should you find yourself unhappy with any service you received, please bring it to your stylist’s attention within 48 hours of receiving your service. Your stylist will work with you to make changes or edits to the service provided for an outcome that you are satisfied with.
